 Employers can send messages to candidates using the “Send Message” button available on applicant’s profile. Employers also have an option to send a message template to job seekers by clicking on select template button next to “submit” button in “write your message” section.

Ans: - Message box keeps a record of all your communication made with jobseekers.

Ans: - You can delete messages by clicking on to the delete button (X) available.

Ans: - You can view your message by clicking on to the “Read More” at the bottom of the text or simply clicking on to the message header.

Ans: Employers can reply to messages received by job seekers by clicking on the “message box” on the dashboard. Use the “Write your message” box to reply. You can either write a message or select from the built in templates and send.
