 Response Management is an additional feature. It is visible only after a job is posted to increase your

          effectiveness of job seeker search. You can reach the response management in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Log in to your account

Step 2: Under the “Manage Jobs”, “Response Management” should be the forth option

Step 3: You should now see the “Response Management” button besides every job posting
