It is fairly early in the morning, the phone alarm is blaring incessantly, you feel like shaking it and hurling it across the room, well almost, though better sense prevails and you fumble and reach for the snooze button, still groggy and squint eyed, you doze off to sleep again.

All of a sudden you shoot upright and dash straight out of the bed, by now your eyes are wide open, and the realization has dawned that you have already pushed the snooze button thrice. Before you realize it the alarm goes off once again, this daily grind leaves you burnt out. As it is, there surely is more to life than work, just ensure that you are getting your share of healthy dose of me time. Never ever get stuck in an unhealthy daily grind routine.
Nurture Your Mind, Body and Soul
Do ensure that you take good care of yourself on a daily basis and nurture your mind, body and soul to lead an effective life both at work and outside of work as well. Just think of ways and means whereby you can accomplish the same and you need not put in a whole lot of effort towards that end.

Consider writing a poem if you are fond of the medium, and keeping a journal works wonders. Make out the time to talk to friends and family. While going about your day do not forget to incorporate daily workouts in your routine, and catch up on your sleep for better health and productive gains.
